229 Ogden is owned by Paul & Florence Lee. We live in Chicago and utilize it with our two children. We bought the home in 2021 after visiting family in Sarasota. We fell in love with Siesta Key Beach and the Village. We own 229 Ogden as our primary home and we use it 6 months per year. We take care of it as if we lived in it year-round. We know our guests have high standards and want to do everything possible to exceed their expectations. We handle our own advertising and booking, but we utilize a local management team for inspections, cleanings, and maintenance.
